During product launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹599.

A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Currently, AURIC THREAD ships only within India.
